- Everything went wrong, but I still give them 5-stars. The bank card charged us twice, because of a mistake when I placed the order. Then the shipment got lost, but after 30 days it was re-sent and arrived a couple of weeks later (with an extra bonus enclosed.) I germinated four of the six and they all sprouted, so it was into the new potting soil to begin their growth in the south-facing window. Within two days they were sprouting and shooting up to the limited amount of sun available. That was bad, as they got "leggy" so I tried indoor florescent light. The grow light I ordered a month earlier still hadn't arrived, so that was all I had. Long story short, I tried to replant the sensitive little things, switched from R.O. water to bottled water and now they are all dead. So I sprouted the last two and will hope that with new potting soil, water, and a grow light, things will be different. What I want customers to know is that the customer service here is awesome. Alice, Eva and the rest are outstanding at their job. Gabriel in the compliance section, who I was sent to when I had a question about using R.O. water, is outstanding! He tried to help as much as was possible, looking at pictures of my plant-less dirt and offering advice. The seeds seemed to be very good, at least in the beginning stages, so I can't fault the suppliers. And the growing info on the website is very clear and well researched! I don't know if I will ever order seeds again, but if I do, it will be from Herbies.

- Worse customer service iv ever experienced i wouldnt order from herbies if it was free been prommised that my seeds over £300 worth are on there way been getting told this for about 4 weeks ore more whilst waiting for this order i ordered from seedsman and the delivery was here in less than a week so postal being back logged aint the problem its herbies. Then to be prommised a refund within a few days ore less wich it aint happend yet and doesent look like it will i have all the proof and lies in emails and consultant chat if you order today you mynt be lucky and get your order for Christmas any body wants proof message me il be happy to send copys of the chat and emails come on herbies lets hear your excuses

I regret to hear that you have faced such inconvenience with our service.
As a direct result of the COVID-19 situation, delivery times for postal and courier services have been affected negatively. We truly regret this situation.
However, the postal service is a third party, thus we we can not control their speed of work. We have packed and dispatched the parcel properly and on time, the delays has appeared during transportation.
The refund has been issued, the time it takes depends on a payment system you were using and your local bank.

- I just love Herbies.. Have never had any problems, got some awesome genetics and really good germination and healthy plants every time... I can't hardly wait to get this last order germinated and in the ground... I always find so much hope for the future, after that "package" from Herbies arrives.. Planting a garden is an exercise in hope, and positive thinking... And dreaming about the harvest to come...
